COORDINATION

KOJA prides itself in coordination of job sequencing with the project team. No one trade can have full run of the building but we can all work together to install our scopes efficiently. Whether it be priority wall top out prior to MEPs, or phasing a large build out to meet a demanding schedule, KOJA helps a General Contractor coordinate schedule.
