KOJA Construction was Established in 1999 in the Commercial Construction Industry. KOJA is an interior systems contractor that specializes in Steel Studs, Drywall, and Acoustical Ceilings but is capable of self-performing any carpentry aspect on a construction site.
Continued Growth:
A lot has changed since 1999. From kitchen table takeoffs at night after working in the field to our 6000 square foot office/shop, no job is to big or to small for KOJA. Our current estimating platform allows us to accurately takeoff and price projects and get that information to the field personnel to efficiently build your project. KOJA continues to implement the newest technology while still relying on time tested methods of construction.
KOJA relies on the traditional plan and spec bidding process for the majority of our sales. However, KOJA prides itself in the amount of negotiated and repeat customer work we perform each year. The quality of our work, relationships we have built, and the overall reputation of KOJA are the core values we strive to improve on a daily basis.
